1. Agreement
By using this website or engaging Truenest Partners for services, you agree to these terms. A signed service agreement or written proposal, once accepted, takes precedence over anything here where the two differ.
2. Our services
We provide marketplace account management, advertising management, listing optimization, account health monitoring, reinstatement support and related ecommerce services for platforms including Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop. We act as your agent within the permissions you grant us and always in line with each platform's policies.
3. Your responsibilities
You remain the owner of your accounts, inventory and business decisions. You agree to provide accurate information, lawful products, timely payments for platform fees, inventory and ad spend, and to notify us promptly of anything that could affect your account standing.
4. Fees and billing
Management fees are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly cycle as agreed in your proposal. Advertising spend, platform subscriptions and inventory costs are separate and paid directly by you. One time services are quoted and invoiced before work begins.
5. Cancellation
Management plans are month to month and can be cancelled by either side with 30 days written notice. On cancellation we provide a documented handover of everything we built, including listings, campaigns and reports. Prepaid one time services already delivered are non refundable.
6. Results
We use proven methods and work diligently, but marketplace results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, competition, inventory quality and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific sales figures, rankings or reinstatement outcomes, and any projections shared are estimates in good faith.
7. Prohibited use
We do not support counterfeit products, prohibited items, review manipulation, click fraud or any activity that violates marketplace policies or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate services immediately if such activity is detected.
8. Confidentiality
Both sides agree to keep business information, credentials and strategy details confidential during and after the engagement.
9. Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, platform actions taken in accordance with their own policies, or losses caused by information or instructions you provided.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with disputes to be resolved in the courts of Multan, unless your service agreement states otherwise.
